This endeavor aims to provide underprivileged children with access to a diverse range of books and knowledge, made possible through the incredible support of the WHY Bookathon – Gift of Reading! The WHY Bookathon – Gift of Reading is a program initiated by the WHY FOUNDATION, urging book lovers to share their love for reading with less privileged kids. This unique program, which encourages the community to donate books, has played a pivotal role in establishing libraries in government schools, fostering education, and cultivating the habit of reading among students. Through the #WHYBookathon, our goal is to create libraries in at least 100 government schools in Telangana. The resounding success of this initiative is evident in the recent setup of our 1st library at ZPHS, Kistapur, where the enthusiastic students from Sreenidhi International School were able to collect over 300 books of various genres. The warm welcome and appreciation from the school staff at ZPHS, Kistapur, underscore the positive impact this joint effort is having on the education and personal development of these students. The WHY Bookathon – Gift of Reading has become the driving force behind our mission to provide less privileged children with the gift of knowledge.
